Objective You are the Emperor. Rome is in decline, try to prevent its fall.
Each year A random event will occur, some require tough decisions. Then you may issue one Imperial decree, raise or place legions, and press End Turn.
Rules Each Roman province generates tax income each year. Legions require upkeep. Provinces without legions defending them will be lost if attacked by barbarians. Legions will need to be replaced after defending an attack.
You lose if ANY of the following occurs You end a year with an empty treasury, the Senate Approval, Public Approval, or Army Loyalty hits 0, or Italy is conquered (never leave Italy undefended!).
